Anita is CMP’s founding principal, head strategist and leader. She has worked as an urban planner, architect, construction manager and civil engineer. Her portfolio of projects in China includes high-rise condominium communities, shopping centres and prominent institutional buildings. Her Canadian portfolio includes towers, mid-rise apartments, townhouses and many luxury custom homes in some of Vancouver’s finest neighborhoods. With this experience, Anita has keen industry insight and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to construction projects.
Darwin is the founder and chief strategist of CMP. He used to be a professor of structural engineering in China and a professional consulting engineer in Canada. The main research direction is the analysis of dam safety monitoring system and the analysis of high-rise building structure detection system. Darwin has a solid knowledge of structural theory and rich experience in construction management.
Sammy’s scope of work includes strategic planning and execution. As co-founder of Belford Properties, he has a clear understanding of the development process – from land acquisition to final occupancy. Sammy is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute and other board of organizations. He is an avid volunteer with a number of organizations in Vancouver including mentoring youth and providing consulting advice and insights within the development community.
Daniel is the person in charge of day-to-day operations at CMP. As hard working as he is dedicated, he is known to be a capable problem solver, motivator and team leader. Prior to joining CMP, he was a principal at Conspro Development Inc. Daniel has a Bachelor of Design in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Concordia University.
