Our Emphasis on Pre-Construction
In our opinion, pre-construction is one of the most crucial aspects of the process. This planning phase dictates the whole construction phase from start to finish. For every project, we have comprehensive pre-construction meetings so you know exactly what to expect. Occasionally there are changes in design and materials. We anticipate this and in every case, we have solutions already in place. Ultimately, our goal is to make sure you’re well informed and help you attain your goal, no matter what the challenges.
Full Transparency
We’ve mentioned it before, but it bears repeating: we are fully transparent when it comes to estimating. At every step of the way you can see what the actual cost is, plus our mark up charges. We also provide you with detailed scheduling, who we’re proposing to hire and of course, all other general requirement costs. It’s this open book approach that offers clarity and fosters trust.

Construction is not without its inherent risks. At CMP Construction, we’re proud to say we haven’t had a single major accident since we’ve been in business.. Rest assured, all of our equipment and safety procedures meet or exceed industry standards and our company has stringent safety policies in place, which are strictly enforced.
